Precast Keystone is wrapping up installation of all the architectural precast details at the brand new Orchid Run Apartment complex located on the southwest corner of Livingston Rd. and Golden Gate Parkway. Custom architectural precast elements that Precast Keystone manufactured include pier caps, quadrafoil, monument entry signage, and fountain coping. The site features 282 luxury apartment homes. Brooks & Freund served as the general contractor, and the complex is already open for business.
